Commercial Director

Role Overview:

The Commercial Director is direct reporting to the CEO.

She/he will oversee the clinic’s daily operations in Glyfada and remotely Kolonaki, Patra and Nicosia, lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure exceptional client experiences, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and a proven ability to manage and scale high-end service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinic sales and marketing staff, including medical professionals, aestheticians, and front desk teams
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high service standards
• Drive sales, client retention, and service excellence through staff training and performance management
• Collaborate with medical directors and wellness practitioners to introduce new clinical services within business strategy
• Manage budgets, KPIs, ensuring efficient cost management and sales profitable growth
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and execute marketing strategies in coordination with marketing internal and external teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or operations within wellness, medical spa, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in customer service excellence and team management
• Familiarity with SAP systems and clinic management software
• Understanding of aesthetics, wellness trends, and integrative medicine is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• English language
