Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team

The role: In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the brand portfolio that fall under your domain, resonates with current and potential consumer needs and you will contribute to the development of communication strategy & plans, in line with the overall brand positioning. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve consumer experience and drive growth.

How you will contribute: 

• Develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to top management
• Plan and execute effectively all communication and media actions on all channels
• Analyze and synthesize data from various resources
• Develop strategies for regional (national/international) markets based on data and market trends
• Keep Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Manage the total brand portfolio budget
• Meet deadlines in multi-site and cross functional context
• Undertake initiatives in relation to product development, pricing and promotion activities

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Brand Management preferably in food industry
• Bachelor’s degree and/or MSc in Marketing Management
• Bilingual (Greek and English) is a must
• Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Transversal managerial skills (sharing knowledge and experience)
• Effective communication; navigating through different audiences
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
• High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
